BUYING A BUSINESS
Browse online businesses for sale, review the information provided in each listing, and contact the seller directly when you find an opportunity that interests you. Buyers and sellers communicate directly and manage the acquisition process between themselves.
Wynsell is exclusively dedicated to online and digital businesses, including e-commerce businesses, SaaS companies, digital agencies, websites, apps and software, AI businesses, marketplaces, digital products, content and media businesses, online services, crypto and blockchain businesses, domains and other digital assets.
No. Wynsell is focused exclusively on online and digital businesses. Physical stores, restaurants, traditional local businesses and other offline businesses are not listed on the marketplace.
When you find a business you’re interested in, you can contact the seller directly through Wynsell to ask questions and request additional information.
Information and verification levels may vary from one listing to another. Any verification displayed on a listing should be considered alongside your own independent due diligence.
Buyers should always independently verify financial, legal, operational and other relevant information before completing an acquisition.
You should review the business model, revenue, profit, traffic, customer acquisition, operating costs, assets, liabilities, supplier relationships and any other information relevant to the business.
You should also request supporting documentation from the seller and conduct your own due diligence.
Yes. Sellers may choose to keep certain information private and share it only with interested buyers at their discretion.
No. Wynsell provides the marketplace and facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing a transaction.
No. Buyers and sellers negotiate directly.
There is no standard timeframe. The process depends on the complexity of the business, due diligence, negotiations and the arrangements agreed between the buyer and seller.
SELLING A BUSINESS
Create your seller account, choose a monthly listing plan, provide information about your business and publish your listing. Interested buyers can then contact you directly through Wynsell.
You can list online and digital businesses such as e-commerce businesses, SaaS companies, websites, apps, digital agencies, AI businesses, marketplaces, digital products, content businesses and other online businesses.
Wynsell offers three monthly listing plans:

Pro — $69/month
Premium — $99/month

No. Wynsell charges 0% commission on your sale.
You keep 100% of the sale price agreed between you and the buye
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

The asking price is determined by the seller. Factors commonly considered include revenue, profit, growth, business age, recurring revenue, customer concentration, operational requirements and comparable transactions.
Provide accurate and useful information about your business, including its business model, financial performance, operations, history, growth opportunities and other information that may help potential buyers evaluate the opportunity.
You and the buyer manage the negotiation, due diligence, agreements, payment and transfer process directly.
Wynsell does not act as a broker or intermediary in the final transaction.
LISTINGS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Wynsell listing plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
Your subscription will not renew for another billing period. Your listing remains subject to the terms of your current billing period.
Each plan provides a different level of visibility and marketplace exposure. You can compare all features on the Wynsell Pricing page.
Yes. You can upgrade your listing plan to access additional visibility and features.
Your listing remains active while you have an active subscription, subject to Wynsell’s listing rules and Terms of Use.
Yes. You can manage and update your listing from your seller dashboard.
A confidential listing allows you to advertise your business without publicly revealing certain sensitive information, such as your business identity.
Once your business has sold, you should mark the listing as sold or remove it from the marketplace and cancel the associated subscription if necessary.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Subscription payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
No. Wynsell does not process the purchase price of businesses sold between buyers and sellers.
The parties are responsible for agreeing on the appropriate payment and transaction process.
No. Unless Wynsell explicitly introduces such a service in the future, Wynsell does not hold funds or provide escrow services for business acquisitions.
Subscription payments are processed through the payment provider displayed during checkout.
Buyers and sellers should conduct appropriate due diligence and consider using qualified legal, financial or transaction professionals when necessary.
Wynsell provides features designed to help sellers limit the public disclosure of sensitive business information. Personal data is handled according to Wynsell’s Privacy Policy.

Yes. Creating an account is free. Sellers need an active listing subscription to publish a business for sale.
You can manage your listings from your Wynsell dashboard, including updating business information and managing your active listings.
Yes. Logged-in users can save businesses to review later.

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
You can request account deletion in accordance with Wynsell’s account and privacy procedures.
